One Life Nutrition: Maplewood Plaza - Fresh, Healthy Protein & Vegan Shakes in Fort Wayne

First off, the customer service is wonderful. I do not remember her name but the young gal and her family are informative and care about their customers! As for the drinks, I would highly suggest looking up Herbalife recipes. The shakes need a lot more flavor and thickness that comes from the products, not the blenders. Unfortunately, the handful of shakes I’ve gotten have been runny and lacking flavor. I totally understand wanting to be your own, but maybe contacting exquisite (st. Joe center) or empowered (Jefferson pointe) and asking for recipes and recommendations could prove beneficial! Prayers for your business! Keep up the amazing customer service! Haley

Stopped in for the first time today. I met the owner and told her I hadn't had lunch so needed something filling. She gave me several choices and told me all about their daily specials. I learned more about their family businesses and products while her grandmother made my protein shake. It was delicious and I saw all the whole ingredients that went into it. I will be back for more!

The staff was very helpful and kind and shakes were yummy, even kid approved! They also have vegan options available!

The grandmother granddaughter duo were some of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. I was looking for my protein fix for the day and was recommended the mango tropical! It did not disappoint. I was lucky enough to be gifted a plant as well. Check them out for your energy, protein, and health needs. They have a very large variety even vegan shakes! I can’t wait to go back to try more.

Finally had the balls to try this place after debating for a few weeks. Staff is very friendly and really try to educate customers on their products and menu. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to comfortably consume anything on their menu as I’m pregnant but of course I was quickly accommodated! I visited with my family and we all enjoyed our drinks! Thank you so much I will be returning soon!

love the healthy choices and all natural ingrediants! In this day and age when so many of the ingredients we ingest daily are unhealthy, its nice to have some healthy choices to add to our diet! Also enjoy the natural energy boost, and all the positive effects the ingrediants have on our body! Definitely a nice family friendly place and the people are very kind and helpful!
